Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (07:00pm to 07:00pm )

• Safely operate process and packaging equipment (flakers, drums, totes, pails)
• Perform start?up, operation, and shutdown procedures
• Support production with material staging, sampling, filtering, waste handling, and housekeeping
• Troubleshoot minor process and equipment issues as trained
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and complete required permits.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, including forklift operation High school diploma or GED
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment
• Experience operating packaging or flaking equipment

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
