Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation Coordinator, responsible for setting up resident appointments and transportation schedule
2. Greet patients, residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
3. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
4. Provide facility tours as needed.
5. Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
6. Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scheduling appointments.
7. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
8. Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and other front-desk responsibilities.
9. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

1. Prior receptionist or front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in using office software and telephone systems.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. A genuine commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all.
