• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and explaining services in a clear and concise manner.
• Generate service orders and estimates, including identifying necessary parts and labor costs.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers about the status of their vehicles.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate repairs.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Prior experience in a customer service or automotive service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is a plus.
