As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:

* Greet and connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience

* Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

* Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food

* Operating deep fryers, grills, and other large-volume equipment for cooking

* Ensuring items are well stocked

* Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun

* Maintaining health and sanitation across the work areas

* Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

* Ensuring safety standards are maintained

* Other tasks as directed by management.
