Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Job Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Administrative Resident Support Associate . In this role, you will provide excellent resident support by assisting with package management and delivering outstanding customer service in a residential community.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Log and track incoming packages using the package management system.
• Assist residents with package retrieval and answer package-related inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with the on-site team to provide exceptional resident services.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the package room.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and entering information into tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours
• Professional appearance with smart casual business attire.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
