Full Time Nanny Manager for a Busy Family near Charlotte, NC

Elite Family Staffing is seeking a professional Career Nanny and Household Manager for a warm and welcoming family near Charlotte, North Carolina. The family has two toddlers, ages three and two, and is expecting a newborn, so they are looking for someone with exceptional childcare experience who is comfortable supporting multiple young children at once. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, development-focused, and able to create a fun, structured, and engaging environment for the children. Daily responsibilities will include caring for the toddlers, supporting newborn needs once the baby arrives, maintaining routines, planning age-appropriate activities, and handling school drop-off and pick-up using the family’s vehicle.

While the older children are in their half-day programs, the family needs someone who can confidently transition into household management tasks to help keep the home running smoothly. This includes family laundry, children’s meal prep with occasional support for family meals, light housekeeping related to the children and common spaces, running errands such as groceries or returns, managing dishes, and staying on top of organization throughout the home. The family is also seeking someone who enjoys travel and is comfortable accompanying them a few times per year on domestic and international trips, assisting with packing, maintaining routines, and providing support during travel.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with 40 guaranteed hours each week. Compensation ranges from $27 to $33 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must have a minimum of three to five years of professional nanny experience with both infants and toddlers, strong household management abilities, a clean driving record, and up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, proactive, and looking for a long-term position where they can become a valued part of the family.
