We’re hiring a Market VP of Patient Safety in Asheville, North Carolina who wants executive-level influence, strategic impact across multiple hospitals, and performance-based income growth. You’ll step into a clinical executive leadership role focused on patient safety, risk management, regulatory readiness, and measurable reduction in avoidable harm across a multi-hospital market. This is a high-visibility position working directly with senior leadership while guiding enterprise-level safety strategy.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a clinically related field (Master’s preferred)
• You have 4+ years of leadership experience in Patient Safety within an Acute Care Hospital
• You have experience leading multi-site initiatives
• You hold clinical licensure (RN preferred) and CPPS certification
• You are confident influencing executive teams and driving culture change
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $137,000 – $190,000
• Incentive bonus up to 17.5%
