Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper
Specific duties include:
Accurately enter vendor bills into QuickBooks and maintain organized financial records.
Create and issue PMC Service invoices through the Service Fusion software.
Monitor outstanding invoices and provide updates on payment status as needed.
Field internal and external questions regarding invoices and payments.
Communicate regularly with Emily and the accounting team regarding payment schedules and invoice follow-ups.
Assist with additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Accounts payable experience
Bookkeeping Experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Appfolio experience needed
Quickbook experience needed
