Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Sales Support Assistant to join our team and help our sales representatives operate more efficiently in the field. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable with both administrative tasks and occasional customer-facing responsibilities.
You will assist with collecting and managing paperwork, scheduling appointments, setting up insurance claims, collecting deductible payments, and driving to customer locations as needed. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales reps with gathering and organizing required documents for auto glass repairs or replacements
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers
- Help customers initiate and set up insurance claims
- Collect deductible payments or out-of-pocket costs from customers at time of service
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, payments, and claims
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and team members
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Support other administrative and field tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (email, apps, online forms)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time independently
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or auto-related industries is a plus
- Must be dependable and professional in appearance and demeanor
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with insurance claims or auto glass services
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Comfortable handling payments and discussing costs with customers
