Position Summary:

We're seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Logistics Manager to develop carrier relationships and oversee the end-to-end transportation process. Candidates MUST have a proven track record in the 3PL industry, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for providing best-in-class customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a 3PL logistics, brokerage, or 3PL environment (required).
• Proven success in account management and freight brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of truckload, LTL, and multimodal transportation services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (TMS), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for logistics and transportation needs.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with carriers and other transportation providers.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while resolving service issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure high service levels.
• Analyze freight spending, trends, and KPIs to deliver cost-effective solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver pricing proposals, presentations, and performance reports to clients.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and compliance regulations.
