About the Opportunity

Whether you are an experienced BCBA or a newly certified professional eager to make a meaningful difference, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a supportive, collaborative, and clinician-focused environment.

This is a home-based position and is NOT a school-based role. Services are provided primarily in clients' homes, community settings, and occasional daycare environments. While some remote responsibilities may be available, candidates must be willing to provide in-person services as clinically appropriate.

Client Population:

  • Children and young adults ages 2–21.
  • Individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Services provided in home, community, and daycare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism and related developmental needs.
  • Design, monitor, and modify treatment programs across communication, language, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains.
  • Analyze client progress and update treatment plans to ensure goal attainment.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Caseload & Clinical Support:

  • Typical caseload of approximately 10–14 clients.
  • Dedicated RBT support for each client.
  • BCBAs focus on clinical oversight, supervision, and treatment planning.
  • Flexible scheduling designed to meet client and family needs.
  • Strong mentorship and collaboration from experienced clinical leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active North Carolina BCBA licensure.
  • Active BCBA certification at the time of application.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to travel locally between client locations.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CentralReach or similar electronic health record systems.
  • Experience providing ABA services in home and community-based settings.

Please Note:

This position is for fully credentialed BCBAs only.

BCaBAs, BCBA Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavioral Health Technicians, and other support-level positions will not be considered for this role.

Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.

  • Combination of in-person responsibilities and limited remote work.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Flexible schedule promoting work-life balance.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time based on hours worked.
