JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate HR Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the organization's Human Resources department, including administering pay, benefits, and leave; and ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's human resources development and talent strategy. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who can build systems and culture while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Administers or oversees the human resources programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; and training and development.
• Monitors and ensures the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews and modifies policies and procedures.
• Partners with senior leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Develops and implements best practices and policies to service the full range of Human Resource related functions and help build a high-performing culture of success, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
• Provides support and guidance to HR team and management when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience, with at least three or more years of human resources management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS.
