OTR Job description:
* No touch freight
* Must be able use load board
* Drive and operate trucks. Must be able to read GPS/maps
* Complete & verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
* Responsible for Pre trip and Post trip inspections
* Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
* Must be good communicator
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and trainings
* Must know how to operate Qualcom
Requirements:
Minimum age - 23 ( No criminal history in past 10 yrs )
Tractors- must have 2 years over the road verifiable commercial driving experience
Straight trucks - must have 1 year over the road experience commercial driving exp, running e-logs.
*CDL license, SS card, current medical examiner's certificate, all applicants must pass drug screen.
*Drivers must Not have more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 yrs, no more than 2 in 12mos.
*Speeding violations over 20 mph or more over the speed limit in the last 3 yrs are disqualification.
* Must report all accidents asap, accidents reports must be completed.
*Any convictions of driving while under the influence, testing positive or refusing to test in the past 10 yrs is a disqualification
Pay: $75K to $90K + signon bonuses & incentives
