As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses ranging from 1 – 5,000 employees, we are seeking for our next Emerging Market Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building consultative client relationships, work on-on-one with our clients to identify their needs and show how our solutions can help meet those needs in our small business 1-49 employee marketplace.

What YOU will be doing :

  • Grow and Develop meaningful relationships with existing clients to identify cross selling opportunities to more appropriately serve the clients
  • Acquire, Build , Nurture , and close sales opportunities throughout the entire sales process
  • Innovate and Create opportunities through your current network (social selling)
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal resources, while working with external stakeholders and partners, which may include Brokers, CPAs, Bankers and clients
  • Network and Cold Call over-the-phone with key individuals and centers of influence to cultivate referral relationships

  • Strategic Closer: proven track record of attaining and exceeding challenging sales goals in B2B sales (at least 1 year of experience)
