Senior Service Technician (Pool Industry)
Compensation: $28.00–$32.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Flex Schedule During Peak Season | Overtime Eligible

How You’ll Drive Impact
As a Senior Service Technician , you’ll play a hands-on role in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining high-performance pool systems. This position combines mechanical expertise, customer interaction, and leadership—making it ideal for someone ready to grow both technically and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing systems, and automation panels.
Conduct site diagnostics, interpret schematics, and execute complex system repairs.
Retrofit and upgrade equipment for efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Mentor junior technicians and coordinate multi-site service schedules.
Manage work orders, materials, and service-truck inventory.
Communicate clearly with clients on service timelines, maintenance recommendations, and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, local code, and safety standards.
Partner with operations leadership to continuously improve service delivery.
About You

Qualifications:
3–7 years of mechanical, HVAC, military technical, or commercial equipment repair experience.
Strong technical aptitude in fluid systems, electrical diagnostics, pumps, motors, or automation.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
Skilled at reading wiring diagrams, interpreting technical manuals, and installing systems.
Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Previous pool industry experience is a plus—but not required. We provide full training for mechanically skilled candidates.
