Job Summary

The Sales Finance Team has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst supporting the entire Sales organization. The role will be responsible for proactively communicating with sales team to manage critical data fields in Microsoft Dynamics database for all active, pending, and completed deals. This position will report directly to the Sales Finance Director and be located in Charlotte, NC on a Hybrid schedule.

• Proactive communication and training with sales team to manage critical data fields in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Manage storage and communication of all proformas over $5M ARO Revenue.
• Create standardized reports of CRM data for sales leadership.
• Identify areas of improvement within the entire bid response workstream.
• Monitor shared mailbox for all inquiries from the field.
• Communicate with sector VPs of Finance, Regional Finance Directors, and Controllers.
• Review financial models for the new business proforma.
• Other ad hoc projects within Finance as assigned.

• Self-starter with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Intimate knowledge of how each sector's financial business model functions.
• Thought leader who identifies problems and develops practical solutions.
• BA in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present materials to company leadership.
• Understanding of company internal applications including Hyperion, SAP, Microstrategy, PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals, objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks.
• Ability to effectively manage and extend influence across multiple layers of the organization (sales and operations).
