Delivery Driver Helper

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Sunday-Saturday workweek
Pay Day: Every Friday
Shift: Start time 4:00 AM until route completion (hours vary daily)
Start Date: Immediate openings available
Conversion Eligibility: After 480 hours worked

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver Helpers to join our team. In this role, you will ride along with a Delivery Driver and assist with the delivery, unloading, stocking, and merchandising of beverage products at customer locations. This is a highly physical position that requires excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Delivery Driver with loading and unloading beverage products.
• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations.
• Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and beverage sections according to company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly merchandised product displays.
• Ensure point-of-sale materials are current and displayed appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service while working at customer accounts.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This position is highly physical and requires the ability to:

• Lift and move cases weighing up to 46 pounds on a regular basis.
• Assist with moving kegs weighing up to 160 pounds.
• Push and pull loaded hand trucks with forces up to 65 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
• Work outdoors and at multiple customer locations throughout the day.
• Maintain stamina for long shifts and mandatory overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak and understand English for safety and communication purposes.
• Must be able to work weekends and mandatory overtime.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Must pass a 7-year background check.
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
