We specialize in the sale and installation of window film products for Auto, Home, and Office markets in addition to other services. IMMEDIATE OPENING! Job Description:All Pro Window Films is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrator. Those seeking to apply for this position must have experience in the following:
- Minimum of 5 years directly working with "Quickbooks".
- Payroll.
- Sales Tax Filings.
- Scanning documents to a cloud system.
- Organizing files and file systems.
- Contract review, signing, filing.
- Filing of Warranties and warranty claims.
- New Employee onboarding.
- Invoicing and money collection.
- Having your notary is a plus but not required, may have to attend a notary class.
- Experience in Google Drive/Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
- We offer a very competitive salary/hourly pay based on your work history and experience.
- Benefits are available including paid holidays, health insurance, and paid vacation.
- PTO is also available.
This position is not a remote position. You will be in the office daily.
If outside of Wake County make sure you are comfortable with the travel time and costs to and from work. Start time is 8:00a and Stop time is 5:00p
