Responsibilities and Skills

• Manage kitchen staff and hold them accountable to company standards
• train new staff implementing company training procedures
• Oversee inventory sheets are completed and communicated to ordering manager/owner
• Responsible for overseeing/managing food dates and controling shrink
• Regular and timely communication with owner/general manager
• Position may require working hours not scheduled. Filling in for call outs and possible overtime might be required.
• Sersafe certification must remain current
• Potential to assist with hiring
• Promoting teamwork and a sense of we are all in this together

PLUS all kitchen staff duties below as to work as part of a team

• age 18 and over with 2 years commerical kitchen experience
• Manage customer orders efficiently in an environment that fluctuates between faced paced and slow times
• Prepare food items accurately according to standardized recipes
• Execute orders effiently for optimal ticket times
• Rotation of food product with the "First in - First out" method
• Communicate levels of food inventory and dates with management
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team throughout shift
• Maintain a clean work environment (heavy cleaning during slow times and at close)
• Washing all kitchenware and dishes
• Execute proper food handling, sanitation and safety. Serve Safe Certification required for top of pay range.
• Ability to be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to report to work well groomed and in clean attire according to the Casual Pint appearance standards
• Ability to Walk and stand during entire shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and lift
• Ability to provide professional references
• Ability to pass a background check
