Sales Manager - Industrial & Automation Solutions (Remote - U.S.)
We’re recruiting for a Sales Manager - Industrial & Automation Solutions to lead business growth across North America for our client, a global innovator in power and thermal management systems . This position is fully remote within the United States , offering the chance to shape automation strategy across diverse industries including HVACR, food & beverage, logistics, and renewable energy. Relocation assistance or remote flexibility is available for qualified candidates.
As Sales Manager, you’ll drive new business development and manage key customer relationships within the industrial automation sector. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote advanced automation technologies such as PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and motor control systems while delivering customized solutions that meet both technical and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow automation and industrial product lines.
Identify and engage new customer segments, building strong long-term partnerships.
Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts and coordinate with engineering and product teams.
Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
Deliver year-over-year sales growth while expanding business in target markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; BSEE preferred.
Background in selling automation components (VFD, PLC, HMI, servo systems, or motors).
Proven success developing strategic accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong technical understanding of industrial automation solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
Additional Details
Salary: $120,000–$205,000 base (includes 35–45% bonus)
401(k) match up to 10% with full benefits
Travel: approximately 50% (U.S. and international)
Relocation or remote options available
