Must be able to drive under the company insurance policy and do so in a safe and efficient manner.
Must be adept at vendor relations: establishing and growing relationships as well as negotiating with vendors.
Is able to perform work requirements in office, through periods of travel, and warehouse settings. Overnight travel may be required.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly; must be able to climb, reach, grasp, bend, lift, push, sit (concentrate while driving) and walk/stand for extended periods of time.
What You’ll Do :
You will primarily be responsible for promoting organizational excellence within the company through cost-effective management of the company's resources by managing vendor relationships; ensuring the timely distribution of supplies, materials, and tools throughout company markets; coordinating company-wide fleet management; maintaining company PPE stock; and conducting location audits to foster systemwide alignment with company standards.
Daily and weekly tasks involved in managing the day-to-day operations within Lumina Supply include:
Managing vendor relationships
Ensuring timely distribution of Supply and Material Inventory by reviewing current inventory, delivering bulk supplies and materials to local markets, and keeping accurate records of received and delivered supplies and materials
Conducting location audits and providing system reporting regarding alignment with standards
Managing Company Fleet (coordinating vehicle upfit, deploying assets, managing compliance-related items, managing maintenance schedule, providing reporting/accountability through fleet tracking, and supervising vehicle-related safety program)
Continually analyzing and increasing profitability while maintaining company standards
Working with the company Support Team to assess organizational processes and performance and drive continual improvement; be willing to give input and receive feedback and build a team environment
