Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java, Angular, Springboot, API & Application development, Graphql & DynamoDB. The ideal candidate will design and develop end-to-end scalable solutions, lead development teams capabilities into modern applications. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and release/change management processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop robust front-end applications using Angular and back-end services primarily in Python and Java.
• Architect, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Keep abreast of latest advancements in Full-stack technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Lead and mentor development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and Angular with strong full-stack development experience.
• Solid knowledge of Java and experience with backend frameworks like Spring, Flask, or Django.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS services
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI/ML workloads.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end SDLC.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of Node.js or other backend technologies.
• Prior involvement in release/change management processes.
• Exposure to data engineering concepts and building data pipelines
• Understanding of transformer architectures
• Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments.
