Description UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC seeks a Vascular/Thoracic Surgery PA  to join our community-based practice of Cardiologist, Interventional Cardiologist, Cardiology Fellows, a Vascular Surgeon, a Thoracic Surgeon, and APPs.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

• Schedule is split with days in the clinic and in the hospital conducting rounds, admissions, discharges, consults, and OR assist
• Procedures: chest tubes, ports, art lines, perm caths, central lines 
• Practice Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm

• Established practice with 600 annual vascular and thoracic surgical cases

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must meet criteria for medical staff credentials at UNC Health Southeastern.
• Education Requirements : Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider PA program.
• Licensure/Certification Requirements : Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of North Carolina or eligible. Board certification if required by the Department.
• Professional Experience Requirements : APP experience preferred. OR/Surgical experience preferred. Skilled with procedures such as chest tubes, ports, art lines, perm caths, and central lines.
