Retail Sales Associate (firearms)

In this role, you will be on the front lines, engaging with our guests, sharing your enthusiasm for our products and services, and helping them find exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Utilize your product knowledge to educate and assist guests in selecting the right firearms, accessories, and services.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
- Maintain the sales floor's appearance and organization, ensuring products are well-displayed and fully stocked.
- Engage with guests through demonstrations and educational opportunities that highlight the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for shooting sports and firearms; knowledge of products and industry trends is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and build rapport.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being proactive and self-motivated.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
