Job Description:

Energize Group is seeking a Digital Content Creator to join its growing team of marketing experts. As a Digital Content Creator, you will help develop and implement several functions of the Brand Management department to increase brand awareness and organic social media presence for Energize Group's Dental Practice clients across the country. This position reports to the Director of Brand Management.

The ideal candidate for this position is an expert wordsmith, an excellent communicator, a creative collaborator, experienced in meta ads manager and Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a plus!), a fast learner, and comfortable communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand analysis: Evaluating clients' branding strategies, methods, identity and personality.

• Content creation: Developing and posting content for several different social media accounts

• Campaign planning: Creating and implementing social media campaigns, including paid advertising strategies and budgets

• Engagement: Analyzing engagement data, identifying audience trends, and adjusting strategy accordingly

• Creative and Design: Utilizing design software (Canva and Adobe Suite) to create eye-catching graphics, branded collateral,

• Market Research: Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand management decisions

• Collaboration: Working closely with the Social Media team to lead strategy and campaign brainstorming for more than 150 clients across the country

Qualifications:

• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.

• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and messages.

• Experience and proficiency in using meta ads manager to optimize advertising campaigns.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing content.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.

• Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional manner, building positive relationships.

Salary:

$50,000 - $75,000
