Assistant Manager - Guest Experience & Operations (Laser Tag Arena)
Battle House Laser Tag is seeking a professional, service-driven Assistant Manager to help lead our high-volume, tactical entertainment facility. If you're experienced in hospitality, retail leadership, or customer service management — and want a role that blends leadership with a dynamic environment — this is the perfect opportunity.
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll ensure a smooth operation, deliver five-star guest experiences, and support the GM in overseeing day-to-day activities. You'll coach staff, solve problems quickly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized arena for our players.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts and supervise staff across front desk + arena
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
Oversee check-in, reservations, and group events
Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
Manage opening/closing routines and cash handling
Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
Support large groups, parties, and corporate events
What We're Looking For
Experience as an assistant manager, shift lead, or supervisor
Strong hospitality/customer service background
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Evening/weekend availability required
Entertainment or recreation experience is a bonus
