We’re hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to capture beautiful homes across Hickory and nearby areas.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training and professional gear - you just need a great attitude and a commitment to delivering an amazing client experience.

This is a flexible, on-the-go role where every day looks different. You’ll visit homes, meet clients, and represent a growing real estate media brand built on positivity, reliability, and service.

About the Company

We help real estate agents stand out through high-quality photography, drone work, and video tours.
You’ll join a small, creative, and supportive team that values character, consistency, and long-term commitment over prior media experience.

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly, professional face of our brand on every shoot
• Capture property photos, drone images, and (eventually) short video tours
• Travel to homes across Hickory and nearby areas, managing your time efficiently
• Upload raw photo and video files daily (no editing required)
• Follow our simple, step-by-step process to ensure consistent quality

Pay & Perks

• $20/hour during paid training
• $25/hour after training + drone certification (FAA Part 107)
• $30+/hour after video training and full service capabilities
• Hours: ~25 per week (flexible schedule, weekdays preferred)

• Lives within 30 minutes of Hickory, NC

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

What Can Be Challenging

We want to be upfront - this role isn’t for everyone.

• Since bookings vary, your schedule will too. You’ll have flexibility to block off days when you’re unavailable, but most shoots take place between 9AM-5PM on weekdays, with the occasional evening or Saturday option if clients request it.
• There’s a lot of driving and navigating back and forth through traffic will be a daily activity.
• Shoots are usually booked 2-4 days in advance, so flexibility is key
• You’ll need to stay organized, tech-savvy, and punctual
