Pride Health is hiring ENTRY Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Charlotte, NC. This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: ENTRY Phlebotomist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: 8:00 a – 4:00 p

Pay Range/Salary Range: $16/50 - $17.50

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Job Description:

· Provide compassionate patient care and assist with check-ins using self-service kiosks or handheld tablets.

· Support both lobby and draw room operations, including covering staff breaks as needed.

· Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection, processing, and handling according to established procedures.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive patient experience at all times.

· Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and clients.

Required Education

· High school diploma or equivalent ( required; no exceptions ).

· Phlebotomy training or experience, including internship/externship experience, required.

Work Experience

· Minimum 1–2 years of customer-facing service experience (e.g., retail, home health aide, hospitality, or similar roles).

· Some phlebotomy experience is required.

· Strong keyboarding and data entry skills required.
