Position Overview

EcoStyle Chauffeured Transportation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide top-tier service to our loyal customers and professional drivers. As a key member of our team, you will handle reservations, ensure accuracy, and create seamless transportation experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from clients.
• Assist clients in booking transportation services, ensuring their specific date, time, and vehicle needs are met.
• Offer guidance on vehicle options based on passenger numbers and reservation requirements.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Send email confirmations and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Coordinate with affiliates to book, assign, and confirm orders, while addressing any service-related concerns.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and requests to provide tailored solutions.
• Provide accurate rate quotes for various vehicle classes.
• Independently review reservations to ensure accuracy and quality.

What We Offer

• Pay starting at $18.00 per hour.
• Flexible schedules, including 8-hour to 12-hour shifts.
• Weekly work options: Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday, or weekend-only availability.
