We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the willingness to jump in wherever needed. Every day is different, so flexibility and teamwork are key.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assemblies for final shipment
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Measure, cut, and glue PVC pipe and fittings
• Assist with assembly and production tasks throughout the facility
• Move and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work independently or with a team to complete daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday
• Able to adapt to different workstations and tasks as production needs change
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (training available)

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Stable Monday-Friday schedule
• On-the-job training provided
