Your product line, which you will be responsible for driving revenue with, includes:

• Box Way Lathes and Mills
• Swiss Machines
• VTLs and EDMs
• Gun Drills
• High-End 5-Axis Machines
• Grinders and HMCs

This role demands a strategic mindset and a relentless focus on results. You will:

• Develop and execute breakthrough sales strategies to shatter ambitious targets and capture market share.
• Become the ambassador for Phillips, participating in industry events and captivating audiences with your presentations to establish us as the definitive thought leader.
• Leverage our cutting-edge CRM to apply data-driven insights, effectively managing customer interactions and gaining unparalleled market intelligence.
• Craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive product justifications with communication skills that are nothing short of legendary, clearly articulating the undeniable value proposition of our technology.

What You Bring to the team:

You're more than a salesperson; you're a proven expert ready for your next challenge:

• You must have a history of exceeding expectations in high-end machine tool sales.
• An understanding of machining processes is deep, ideally honed through hands-on experience as a virtuoso machinist, programmer, or manufacturing engineer.
• Experience selling 5-Axis technology is a significant advantage that will set you apart.
• A non-negotiable willingness to travel extensively throughout western North Carolina and southern Virginia.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually, plus commission. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
