About the Role:

Advance Concrete is looking for Carpenters & Rodbusters for our Concrete Construction Division that are a dependable, hardworking, and experienced individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience building concrete forms and/or tying rebar for concrete structures.
• Ideal candidates must be comfortable operating hand tools and power tools.
• Candidates must provide their own hand tools.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Willingness to take direction from onsite superintendent to assist in completion of the project.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of three years prior experience as a Concrete Carpenter or Rod Buster.
• Have attention to detail.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, some weekends, 8+ hours or more in challenging weather conditions.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in cast in place concrete construction.
• Pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
• Safety-minded
• Dependable
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and stand for long periods
