Assembler-Electro Mechanical
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler-Electro Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assembling high-quality electro-mechanical components that meet our rigorous standards. Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet established standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electro-mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
