Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for a commercial construction opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for leading field operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and manage plumbing crews
- Lay out daily work for journeymen and field staff
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to maintain project schedules
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License and verifiable work history
