As a Ag Sr. Sales Rep, you will implement marketing programs with key retailers and launch newproducts in this geography, utilize your knowledge of diverse markets to create demand forinnovative products, deliver superior customer service while developing strong relationships withcustomers and market influencers, and drive strategic decisions for the business by developing andexecuting robust business plans with key customers to achieve mutually beneficial goals.

As a Sr Sales Rep - Kern County to Bakersfield CA (Field), you create chemistry by...

• Creating a Territory Plan aligned with district objectives and an Account Plan with a segmented customer base.
• Understanding and creating solutions based on the needs of the customer.
• Forecasting, implementing, and administering marketing initiatives.
• Working with retailers and distributors to identify mutually beneficial opportunities and build plansto maximize those opportunities.
• Developing local marketing plans that align with business objectives.

If you...

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, marketing, agriculture, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 8+ years of field sales, marketing, and/or account manager experience.
• Have experience with Customer Relationship Management.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Exhibit strategic thinking abilities.
• Show strong collaboration skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Can influence and impact others effectively.
• Have strong presentation skills, business acumen, and innovation/creativity.
