This position is built around practical freight demand and regional coordination, providing dependable miles, familiar routes, and a schedule designed to keep drivers moving throughout the week.

Freight moves through established regional lanes with dispatch planning focused on maintaining productive schedules and dependable weekly workloads. Drivers benefit from recurring freight patterns, organized communication, and consistent opportunities to stay productive.

Weekly Earnings: $1,500-$1,600

• Weekly earnings between $1,500 and $1,600, paid every week
• Additional pay for stops, breakdowns, detention, layovers, and clean inspections
• Transition pay provided during your first few weeks as you get up to speed

Peterbilt fleet averages approximately 1.5 years old across the operation

Experience

You need a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR experience.

Drivers should be comfortable operating independently and managing their time effectively.
