Marketing Specialist
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and operations teams to ensure message consistency.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop engaging promotional materials and ensure brand alignment across all platforms.
- Assist in event planning, advertising, and partnership development.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent years’ work.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or communications, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Creative Cloud, project management software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Working knowledge of HTML, with an eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.
- Team player who collaborates effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders with a solutions oriented approach to challenges.
- Experience in developing and executing email campaign strategies, including segmentation and content calendar management.
- Skilled in copywriting and storytelling, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
- Creative and innovative thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in prioritization, organization, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in the event industry or with event marketing.
- This role requires 5-10% domestic travel for business purposes.
