We are looking for a suitable and experienced GTM Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for smartphone launches, including product positioning, pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, product management, sales and marketing to ensure alignment and efficient launch execution.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer needs.
• Develop compelling value propositions and messaging to effectively communicate product benefits to target customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and retailers to drive sales and market penetration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry. At least 3 years working experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Passion for the smartphone industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese. Proficient in Spanish is a plus.
