The Sales Sr. Analyst is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that inform strategy and drive decision-making across the AMAPAC sales organization. This role requires experience in analytics, identifying trends, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will leverage quantitative analysis and business acumen to uncover growth opportunities, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, is essential to success in this role.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead comprehensive analysis of sales data, including but not limited to revenue trends, sales pipeline, customer segmentation, and sales performance metrics.
- Develop methodologies to extract actionable insights from large datasets and identify key drivers influencing sales outcomes.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict future sales performance accurately.
- Own the sales forecast and track the incentive program for the division.
- Facilitate the win/loss process to incorporate learnings in the Sales process.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity and implement solutions.
- Automate reporting processes to streamline data analysis and reporting activities.
- Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key sales metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve sales processes, and enhance sales performance.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience, including military service.
- Minimum of 2 years in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with strong skills in creating and utilizing data analysis tools/software such as Excel and SQL.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
It’d be great if you also have:
- Availability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
- Experience in the supply chain industry.
- Experience in sales or commercial organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, processes, and best practices within sales operations.
- Solution oriented mindset to influence change.
- Superior organizational, conflict resolution and time management skills.
- Experience in using PowerPoint effectively for professional presentations.
