Job Summary

As the Cafe Manager at Wingate University, you will oversee the daily foodservice operations, ensuring top-quality dining experiences for students and the campus community. This role requires strong leadership in managing client relationships, driving financial performance, and developing a high-performing team. Open availability is required, including rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for the account

• Build and maintain excellent client and community relationships

• Partner with the Chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for students

• Lead the implementation of new culinary programs in collaboration with company marketing and culinary teams

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, the client, and the university community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred

• 3–5 years of foodservice management experience required; university or dining services experience preferred

• Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities

• Solid financial and business acumen

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends
