Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering suggestions and upselling when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, promptly addressing any spills or messes to uphold our high standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring guests leave with a positive final impression of their dining experience with us.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service: A warm, friendly demeanor with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and daily specials.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tables, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of stamina in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration with kitchen staff, bussers, and fellow servers.
