How you'll contribute
A Certified Surgical Tech (CST) who excels in this role:

- Anticipating Surgeon's needs
- Provides patient preparation and operating room preparation
- Performs timely and appropriate handling of specimens and maintaining sterile field

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a high-stakes, fast-paced setting, ensuring patient safety through meticulous attention to sterile technique and by assisting the surgical team with the highest level of professionalism and skill.

- High school diploma or equivalent Required
- Completion of an approved Surgical Technology program is required
- Certification preferred
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
