Ecolab, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range:17.00

Shift:6am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
