We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Event Coordinator to join our team at Shine Social Brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate and community events. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

• Manage event timelines, logistics, and budgets

• Oversee setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown of events

• Ensure all necessary permits, insurance, and safety protocols are in place

• Prepare post-event reports and evaluate success metrics

• Handle unexpected issues or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
