Warehouse Worker
Warehouse Associate – School Nutrition Distribution
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: Competitive / Standard Warehouse Rate
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support a high-priority school nutrition distribution warehouse that supplies food and materials to schools across the county. This is a fast-paced, policy-driven environment where accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability are critical. Candidates must be comfortable working in both cool and warm areas and meeting strict compliance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and document incoming supplies and shipments
Upload and process shipment information accurately
Stock, pick, and prepare food and supply items for scheduled deliveries
Accurately count, track, and maintain inventory levels
Operate warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklift
Maintain cleanliness and follow all food-handling, safety, and warehouse policies
Perform duties both indoors and outdoors as needed
Support daily warehouse operations in a high-volume environment
Ability to lift and/or carry 30+ pounds
Physically capable of operating warehouse and material-handling equipment
Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature zones
Prior warehouse experience required
Sit-down forklift experience required
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Able to follow strict policies and procedures
Candidates must successfully complete after interviewing :
Physical examination
Tuberculosis (TB) test
Drug screening
Indefinitely clean background check
Pre-screening process cost: $122.40 depending on medical insurance.
