Our mission is simple: manufacture aerospace components with uncompromising accuracy. As a Multi‑Axis CNC Setup Machinist/Program Interpreter, you’ll turn complex prints into reality—and expand into 5‑axis and multi‑axis machining with structured, hands‑on training on Siemens 840D.

Your impact

• Transform raw material into aerospace‑grade parts on CNC mills or lathes.
• Set up 3‑ to 5‑axis DMG Mori mills (Siemens 840D) or multi‑axis lathes equipped with live tooling, sub‑spindles, and C/Y axis.
• Read and interpret G‑code or conversational programs; align fixtures and tooling; verify every critical dimension.
• Lead first‑piece inspections; drive 5S and safety practices.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality to achieve repeatable precision.

What you bring

• 3+ years of CNC machining with mill or lathe setup experience.
• Expert blueprint reading, GD&T, and metrology skills.
• Ability to hold tolerances within ±0.0002"–0.0005".
• Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, or OSP controls is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred experience

• 5‑axis or multi‑axis exposure (DMG Mori, Grob, Okuma, Makino).
• AS9100 or aerospace production background.
• High‑temperature alloys (Inconel, Monel).
• NIMS or GD&T certifications; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt+.
