We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds & Litter Technician to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas. This position focuses on litter removal, general grounds upkeep, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for visitors and employees.

Litter/Grounds Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $13.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• Pick up litter and debris from assigned areas.
• Empty and replace trash receptacle liners.
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, and landscaped spaces.
• Sweep, rake, and perform light grounds maintenance as needed.
• Report safety hazards, vandalism, or maintenance concerns.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Litter/Grounds Qualifications:

• No driver's license required. BUT THE PAY IS $2 MORE PER HOUR IF YOU HAVE ONE
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Prior groundskeeping OR OUTDOOR WORK required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
