Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
LPN, Long-Term Care, Siler City, North Carolina — start 03/18/2026 for approximately 6 weeks on a travel temporary assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Earn $820-$852 per week, working 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30) in a long-term care setting. Local rate applies every other weekend. Key Highlights

- Provide direct patient care within the licensed scope of practice for an LPN in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document administration accurately
- Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising clinician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; promote safety and dignity
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation; observe infection control and safety protocols Requirements
- Active Practical Nurse license in North Carolina
- Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
