To continue making a positive impact, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Routing Coordinator. This position is an onsite role located in Durham, North Carolina.

Your Role:

As a Routing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our organization by creating and maintaining driving routes that strike the perfect balance between efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to determine how routes can best serve our business needs while minimizing costs. Utilizing software such as Samsara or Route4Me, you will develop and manage efficient driving routes, supervise drivers, and investigate any discrepancies.

Additionally, you will work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and develop new logistics strategies. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, client correspondence, and other essential functions. Your contributions will be crucial to our ongoing success!

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Knowledge of routing and logistics methods, policies, and procedures

- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve processes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- The ability to work efficiently and independently

- Attention to detail with strong planning and time management skills

- Willingness to complete required assessments

- Proficiency with transportation management software (TMS) is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $57,000 - $64,000 per year, along with the following benefits:
