Architect Position Overview – Charlotte, NC or RALEIGH (New office)

About the Role: We’re seeking an Architect with 3+ years of experience, or more seasoned candidates with 10+ years, who are passionate about working on diverse, large-scale projects. Multifamily and wood-frame experience is a plus, but not required. We value stability and consistency in your career journey. Key Responsibilities & Work Environment:

• In-office position located in Charlotte, NC
• Collaborate with a team of 65 employees working on large-scale, complex projects
• Current projects span high-rise buildings and multifamily wood-frame developments
• Opportunities to cross-train and work across various project types to diversify your expertise

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite required
• Ability to create high-quality design work and presentations using these tools
